After receiving the gorgeous Specialty Designer Series Paper, Sending Love Specialty, I was inspired to make a valentine banner. This paper is so beautiful that I had issues cutting it up! I did get over it and created this...
Making this banner was like making a mini scrapbook without the photos.
To make the banner base, cut 5 pieces of card stock 5 1/4 x 8 1/2 and score in half at 4 1/4 (similar to a card base). Lay the pieces out in the order you want to adhere them making sure to alternate the folds up and down so you get an accordion look. You should have one panel of each base covering another panel. Adhere panels together and decorate as desired.
